Egg salad 蛋沙拉

Perfect easy summer recipe!
完美又簡單的夏日料理!

 
天氣漸漸變熱啦,來試試這道爽口的蛋沙拉吧!
 
你需要:
1. 100 g 沙拉醬 (salad dressing 100g)
2. 8顆蛋(8 eggs)
3. 冷凍青豆 (frozen peas)
4. 玉米罐頭 (canned corn)
 
步驟:
1. Boil the eggs, separate the egg whites and egg yolks. 
    把蛋煮熟,分開蛋白與蛋黃
 
2. Dice the egg whites, mash egg yolks and stir together with salad dressing.
    把蛋白切成丁,蛋黃壓成泥與沙拉醬一起攪拌
 
3. Add diced egg whites, green peas and canned corn after egg yolks and salad dressing are mixed. We are done!
    蛋黃與沙拉醬拌好了之後,再加入蛋白丁、青豆與玉米,稍微攪拌一下就完成了!
 
Note: Properly store egg salad in refrig if you don't finish it immediately!
注意:如果沒有馬上吃完,要把蛋沙拉包好放進冰箱喔!
